Did deliveries slow down in the monsoon? For each month of 2025, compute the average delivery time in minutes, from ordered_at to delivered_at, over all rows in deliveries.

Return month (as text like 2025-07) and avg_delivery_minutes, rounded to 1 decimal place, in month order.
