What ClearJob stores, where, and how to have it removed.

The contact form
If you use “Get in touch”, we store the details you enter — your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and optional message — together with the time you sent it and a record of the consent wording you agreed to. We use this only to contact you about your enquiry or interest in ClearJob courses. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Your enquiry is stored in a database provided by Cloudflare, which also hosts this website. Only the site owner can access it, through a protected Cloudflare account. It is not published anywhere on the website.
To ask us to see, correct or delete your details, contact us using the form and say what you’d like us to do. We delete enquiries once they’re no longer needed, and in any case after a retention period set by the site owner.
Practice and drafts stay on your device
SQL practice runs entirely in your browser. Queries you type are never sent to ClearJob. The site remembers your latest query, whether you solved a question, and any case-study or guesstimate draft in your browser’s local storage. This stays on that device and browser, does not sync to other devices, and disappears if you clear your browser data. You can clear a draft with the “Clear draft” button.
No accounts, no payments
ClearJob does not have logins, accounts, payments or subscriptions at this stage. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are cookie-free (see Cloudflare Web Analytics below).
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the technical details of each request (such as IP address) to deliver it and protect it from abuse.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page load times so we can see which pages are used and whether the site is fast. It does not set cookies or use your browser’s storage, and we only see totals, not individual visitors.
- YouTube videos load from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) only after you press play.
- If spam protection is switched on, the contact form may load Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human is submitting.
